Feel free to pop into the Passa Porta Bookshop between 4.00 pm and 6.30 pm to see and hear them! Short extracts from Perec’s work will be read in various languages and from different books, ranging from modern classics such as Life: A User’s Manual and A Man Asleep to lesser-known gems such as Ellis Island and Species of Spaces. Each reader also briefly explains why you might enjoy reading their favourite Perec just as much.
At 6.30 pm, we will take a technical break to prepare the venue for the official evening programme starting at 8pm, for which you’ll need to book in advance.
